He has over 25 years of experience in business automation, information technology, and digital transformation. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Security from the University of Bradford, UK. His doctoral research focused on developing information security tools using artificial intelligence techniques to enhance the efficiency of information security systems.

He has held various positions, including Assistant Professor in Information Security at the University of Jordan, as well as a consultant in information security, digital transformation, and cybercrime. He is an accredited internal auditor and trainer in ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems and ISO 9001 Quality Management.

Additionally, he is an author and social media activist in the field of information security and cybercrime prevention. He has spoken at numerous local and international conferences, authored dozens of articles and investigative reports, and participated in media interviews on channels such as Al Jazeera, Al Mamlaka, and Jordan TV.
