Nadia worked at the Information Center (NSTIC) at Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research. In 1997, she joined the University of Sharjah as a Reference Librarian, and subsequently as the Medical Librarian.

Besides her لآachelor’s ]egree in ’icrobiology from Baghdad University - Iraq, she holds a Master's Degree in Library & Information Management from Charles Sturt University in Australia.

The areas where Nadia is most interested are Electronic Resources Management and Database Research, Medical Specialty Resources, Information Services, Information Literacy, Social Media, and the new trends in Sustainability and AI at Libraries
