The Library Unit at the University of Jordan launched an awareness initiative titled "Get to Know Your Library," with the aim of familiarizing students and faculty members with library services, available information resources, and how to benefit from them, particularly electronic ones.

Under the auspices of the Vice President for Humanities Affairs, Dr. Nahed Omaish, a book discussion for "Life Outside the Box" by Jordanian artist Nabil Sawalha was held at the University of Jordan Library. The event was attended by the Director of the Library Unit, Dr. Mujahid Al-Dhanibat, and the Deputy Director, Amani Hamarsheh, along with a number of faculty members from the Department of Theatre Arts at the Faculty of Arts.
