The Circulation Division provides circulation services which include lending and returning library materials, in addition to facilitating and monitoring individual subscriptions to the Library in accordance with the University policy. The Library uses the Integrated Library System, Horizon, through which users can virtually track items within the collections of public universities in Jordan.

The circulation process is facilitated through the open shelves system in the library which offers free access to shelves, in addition to the self-service checkout system which gives users the ability to check out library items without interacting with staff.

The work of the Circulation Division also includes shelving library materials and monitoring the 13 annex reading halls, allocated across the various faculties of the University, including the Aqaba branch. The Division also offers specialized training to Library and Information Science students.
