Honoring Professor Mahmoud Al-Samra

Joined University of Jordan in 1964
The hall is named after the prominent figure Mahmoud Samra - may he rest in peace -
who was a founding pillar of the university and joined its work in 1964. He served
as a professor, researcher, and held high academic positions, most notably as dean
of the College of Arts and as a long-time vice president and president of the university.
