Was among the first generation who contributed to the establishment of the University of Jordan Library. He worked there for over four decades.
Born and raised in Hebron, he graduated from the American University of Beirut in 1958. He educated thousands of students, both male and female, and participated in developing the chemistry curriculum taught in Jordan for many years. He was elected as the deputy head of the Jordanian Libraries Association and played a crucial role in publishing and distributing Jordanian books to prestigious libraries worldwide
